It is mandatory to wear the credential throughout the event for the safety of everyone and to facilitate access control.

If there is not enough time for your questions to be answered during the event, you can send them directly to the person you wish to clarify them with. All contact information is available on pages 14 and 15 of this material.

Our staff is available to assist you with anything you need and to clarify any doubts, offering support in four languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. We will be pleased to be of help!

Simultaneous translation in Portuguese, English and Spanish will be available in the Europa room, with headsets provided by the Hofman Produções team. Pick up your kit and make the most of the lectures.

The Radisson Paulista Hotel is located at Alameda Santos, 85, Jardins, São Paulo. We are 50 - 100 yards from Av Paulista and the Brigadeiro Subway Station (Green Line). For your safety, as in any major city, avoid using your cellphone and exposing valuable items on the streets. We recommend using the drivers indicated on our event website, at the hotel, or apps and avoiding walking alone at night.
